My family and I have called River West home since 2019. When I help a neighbor move, it’s personal. I know there’s a life behind that front door, and I want to understand what comes next for yours.
Before becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2020, I worked in marketing, and my husband and I had bought and sold properties of our own. Those experiences taught me to pay attention to both how a home is presented and how the decisions affect the people living in it. I also serve as a judge for the Parade of Homes in Northern Colorado, another way I stay connected to homes and design in our community.
I bring that perspective to helping my River West neighbors sell. We start with your goals, then build a plan for your home: looking closely at comparable properties, deciding which preparation makes sense, and coordinating photography and video. From there, I stay involved through offers, negotiations, and deadlines, so you understand what’s happening and what needs your attention.
